Plenty of agencies finish at “the code is done”, which leaves the hardest week of the project on your desk. Delivery here means the Power-Up is running in production, installable from Trello, and something your own team can redeploy without us.
Both the price and the delivery date. You agree a written scope, we quote one number between $5,000 and $15,000 and one date between 4 and 6 weeks out, and neither changes because the work turned out harder than we expected. There is no hourly rate, so there is no incentive for us to be slow.
You get a quote for the change as a second phase, with its own fixed price and its own date, and you decide whether it is worth it. The original build keeps its original price and lands on its original date either way.
Yes — Jira and Confluence apps on both Forge and Connect, quoted exactly the same way: fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. Tell us what you need on the scoping call and the quote will cover it.
Yes, and it is usually the cheaper answer. Every one of our 10 Power-Ups can be extended with the fields, exports, or integrations you need, rebranded as yours, or deployed privately so only your workspace can install it. Because the foundation already exists and has already passed Atlassian's review, these land well below the Essential tier and take a fraction of the time. Tell us which one and what it is missing.
We deploy it. Hosting is provisioned, the domain and SSL are configured, secrets and the database are set up, monitoring is switched on, and the Power-Up is live and installable before we call the project finished. Handing a client a repository and calling that delivery is the most common way these projects quietly fail, and we do not do it.
Yours. We provision production inside your own cloud account — Vercel, AWS, GCP, whatever your team already uses — so you keep the keys, the billing relationship, and the ability to fire us without an outage. If you have no preference and no cloud account, we will recommend the cheapest option that fits and set it up with you.
Yes, end to end: listing copy, icons, screenshots, the submission itself, and the replies to Atlassian's review feedback until it is approved. We have taken 10 Power-Ups of our own through that review, so we know what it rejects before you write it.
Not immediately: 30 days of bug fixes are included at every price. After that, an optional monthly retainer covers platform changes, dependency updates, and small feature work. Plenty of clients take the code and run it themselves instead, and that is a perfectly good outcome too.
You do, completely. The repository and the hosting live in your accounts throughout the build, not just at handover, and we retain no license to anything we write for you.
An admin on the Trello workspace, one person who can make decisions at the weekly demo, and credentials for anything we are integrating with. Roughly an hour of your week — the rest of it is ours.
Half to start, half on delivery, invoiced directly. The Commercial tier can be split across three milestones instead if that is easier to get signed off.
Often, yes. We will read the code first and tell you honestly whether extending it or rebuilding it is cheaper — sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need us at all.
Because we have shipped 10 Power-Ups of our own through the Trello App Directory review process, and we are quoting the same work we already do every week. Client builds are not listed on this site, so that number is the floor rather than the total.
