Never run out, never over-order

Give an item a reorder level and Inventoryefy tells you the moment it drops to it. Add a maximum and it tells you when you are holding too much. Both are counted on the card face and available as a filter.

A complete record of what came in and what went out

Every item carries a + and a − button. One tap and one number records stock received, stock issued, a correction or a full stocktake — with the reason, your name and the time — and each item keeps a running balance of its last 100 movements. Your whole board on one screen

Every item across every card in a single list, with the card it lives on, its category, its quantity and its value, plus board-wide totals and a low-stock count. Sort by card, Trello label, value or stock level, and click any row to jump to its card. Part of Inventoryefy Pro.

Move cards automatically as stock changes

Set up to eight board rules that move a card to a list of your choosing when its stock runs low, runs out, goes over its maximum, or comes back to normal. The thresholds are the ones already on your items. Part of Inventoryefy Pro.

Easily update or delete inventory on the card

Updating inventory on the card is completely easy and simple, and Delete in the section header empties a card when you need to start again.

Search, filter and sort — then export exactly that

Search names, manufacturers, vendors, categories and locations; narrow by status, category or stock level; sort however you need. Whatever you filter down to is exactly what your export contains.

Start from the spreadsheet you already have

Bring an existing .xlsx or .csv straight onto a card. Inventoryefy shows you its columns, lets you map them to your fields, and previews exactly what will be written before anything is saved. An import always adds — nothing already on the card is changed. Part of Inventoryefy Pro.

A photo on every item, and the vendor who supplies it

Attach a photo to any item and see it as a thumbnail beside the line — kept as an ordinary Trello attachment on the card. Record the vendor too: their email and phone become links you can act on, so reordering is a click rather than a copy-and-paste.

One currency per board, or per card

Set a board currency that every card inherits and override it on any card that needs a different one. Totals are grouped per currency rather than added together, and every export says which currency its numbers are in.

Export a single card or the whole board. The board export names the card and the list every row came from, so a sheet you open a week later still says where each item lives. No need to retype your list or remember to update a linked Google or Excel sheet.

Is Inventoryefy free to try?+

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. You can cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged.

How much does Inventoryefy cost after the trial?+

Inventoryefy on its own is $5.99/month or $49/year. If you use more than two of our Power-Ups, the All Power-Ups bundle is better value at $12.99/month or $99/year and includes everything we make.

Do I pay per board or per person?+

Per person. One subscription covers you across unlimited boards and unlimited workspaces — you are never charged again for adding another board.

Can I cancel whenever I want?+

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription yourself in the Stripe customer portal, reachable from inside the Power-Up. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.

Does Inventoryefy work with the rest of my board?+

Inventoryefy installs from the Trello Power-Up directory and works inside your existing boards. There is nothing to configure, no separate account to create, and it supports Trello's dark mode.

What happens to my data?+

Your board data stays in Trello. We do not sell it, and we do not need to see it to do our job. Full details are in our privacy policy.
