Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access. Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing.
Should I buy a single Power-Up or the bundle?
A single Power-Up is $5.99/month. The All Power-Ups bundle is $12.99/month, so once you want three or more it costs less than buying them separately — and you get every Power-Up we release afterwards at no extra cost.
Is the subscription per user, or is there a Workspace plan?
Personal subscriptions are per user and work across unlimited boards and workspaces. If you would rather not count seats, a workspace admin can buy a Workspace plan for a Power-Up from inside Trello, at $9.99/month or $99.99/year per workspace. It covers everyone in that workspace on every board.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?
Yes. Change your plan any time in the Stripe customer portal, which you can open from inside any of our Power-Ups.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
The free trial exists so you can be sure before paying. If something still goes wrong, email us — our refund policy explains where we can help.
